# MediaBlaster

> MediaBlaster helps creators and media companies create, organize, distribute, and monetize content through branded streaming experiences powered by WordPress. Pair a free WordPress media plugin with paid app templates — Roku ships today; other platforms are planned.

MediaBlaster is a WordPress media backend plus app-template ecosystem. It is not a video host, encoder, or CDN. The Roku Launch Kit is the only standard app template available now. Google TV/Android TV, Fire TV, mobile, web/Next.js, and Apple TV templates are planned and not yet available. Calculators produce planning estimates, not binding quotes. Roku approval is controlled by Roku.
