Affiliate Agreement

Last updated: August 20, 2026 · Agreement version 1.0

Business draft — not legal advice. This document is an internal business draft for the MediaBlaster affiliate program. It has not been written or approved by a lawyer and requires final legal review before you rely on it as a binding contract.

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Rovidx Media & Consulting, Inc, doing business as MediaBlaster (“MediaBlaster,” “we,” “us”) and the approved affiliate applicant (“Affiliate,” “you”). By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to these terms as updated from time to time.

1. Eligibility and approval

Participation is by application and approval only. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. MediaBlaster may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate affiliates at its discretion for policy, fraud, brand, or performance reasons. Only affiliates with active status may create referral sessions and earn new commissions.

2. Eligible products

Commission is available only on products MediaBlaster designates as affiliate-eligible in Store Manager. Service, custom work, or other excluded products do not generate commission. Eligibility may change without prior notice for future purchases.

3. Commission calculation

Default commission is a percentage of the commissionable Stripe purchase amount as configured in the live program settings (commonly 20% one-time). Product-specific overrides may apply. Amounts are calculated in integer minor currency units. Recurring subscription renewals do not earn commission while recurring commissions are disabled.

4. Attribution and cookie duration

Attribution uses a last-click model. When a visitor arrives through your referral link, MediaBlaster records a server-side click and may store a first-party signed referral cookie for the configured cookie duration (commonly 60 days). A later valid click from another affiliate can replace prior attribution within that window.

5. Hold period and payout minimum

Commissions are typically held for a configured hold period (commonly 45 days) before approval. Payouts require meeting the configured minimum (commonly $50 USD) and are processed on a monthly manual schedule. MediaBlaster is not a bank; payout timing may vary.

6. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and adjustments

If a referred purchase is refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed or adjusted, related commissions may be voided, reduced, or clawed back—including commissions already approved or paid—at MediaBlaster’s discretion.

7. Existing customers

By default, existing MediaBlaster customers with prior paid activity are not commissionable. Program settings may change; the Store Manager configuration and transaction eligibility reasons control enforcement.

8. Self-referrals

You may not earn commission on your own purchases or purchases that use your affiliate email or payout email. Self-referrals are prohibited and will be marked ineligible.

9. Required disclosures

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship in every promotion, consistent with FTC Endorsement Guides and applicable local law. Example: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”

10. Prohibited conduct

  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive outreach
  • Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
  • Misleading income claims or fake testimonials
  • Bidding on MediaBlaster or Rovidx trademarks without written permission
  • Impersonating MediaBlaster or misrepresenting your relationship

11. Suspension and termination

MediaBlaster may suspend or terminate your affiliate account, void pending commissions, and revoke referral links for policy violations, inactivity, fraud signals, or business reasons. Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be withheld where related to prohibited activity.

12. Tax responsibility

You are solely responsible for taxes, reporting, and compliance in your jurisdiction related to affiliate earnings. MediaBlaster may request tax information before paying out.

13. Program changes

MediaBlaster may update commission rates, eligibility, hold periods, agreement versions, and other program terms. Material agreement version changes may require re-acceptance for continued participation. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of updated operational settings where permitted by law.

14. Payment provider

Customer checkout for new affiliate attribution uses Stripe only. Historical non-Stripe rows may exist for reporting but are not used for new commissions.

15. Governing company
